571 =CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS: MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS Special Meeting May 30, 1974 12:00 Noon Electric Auditorium 301 West Avenue The meeting was called to order with Mayor Pro Tem Love presiding. Roll Call: Present: Absent: Councilmen Binder, Handcox, Lebermann, Mayor Pro Tem Love Councilmen Dryden, Friedman, Mayor Butler Mayor Butler entered the Executive Session later. Mayor Pro Tem Love announced that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the purpose of publicly announcing that during the Meeting it will convene in a Closed or Executive Session authorized by Section 2, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and after such closed or executive session any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session would be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. Mayor Pro Tem Love announced that the Council would go into executive session at this time to consider the items authorized in Section 2, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17.
