TEXAS= MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS Special Meeting September 12, 1974 12:00 Noon Electric Building Conference Room 301 West Avenue The meeting was called to order with Mayor Butler presiding. Roll Call: Present: Councllmen Binder, Dryden, Friedman, tebermann, Mayor Butler, Mayor Fro Tern Love Absent: Councilman Handcox Mayor Butler announced that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the purpose of publicly announcing that during the Meeting it will convene in a Closed or Executive Session Authorized by Section??, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annontated; and after such closed or executive session any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered In the closed or executive session would be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. The Mayor announced that the Council would go into this time to consider the items authorized in Jeption 2, (g) of Article 6252-17.
