TEXAS MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS Special Meeting January 16, 1975 12:00 ΝΟΟΝ Council Chambers 301 West Second Street The meeting was called to order with Mayor Butler presiding. Roll Call: Present: Councilmen Dryden, Lebermann, Mayor Butler, Mayor Pro Tem Love Absent: Councilmen Binder, Friedman Mayor Butler announced that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the purpose of publicly announcing that during the Meeting it will convene in a Closed or Executive Session authorized by Section 2, Paragraphs (e), (f), and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and after such closed or executive session, any final antion, decision, or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session would be made in open session, should such action, decision, or vote be necessary. Mayor Butler announced that the Council would go into Executive Session at this time to consider the items authorized in Section 2, Pragraphs (e), (f), and (g) of Article 6252-17.
