Council Chambers 301 West Second Street The meeting was called to order with Mayor McClellan presiding. Roll Call: Present: Mayor McClellan, Mayor Pro Tern Trevlno, Councilmembers Snell, GoodMn, Hlmmelblau, Cooke, Mullen Absent: None Mayor McClellan opened the meeting, stating that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the purpose of publicly annouftclng that it will convene 1n a closed or executive session authorized by Sectl6ft£2, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and after such closed or executive session any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered 1n the closed or executive session would be made 1n open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary.
