Council Chambers 301 West Second Street The meeting was called to order with Mayor McClellan presiding. Roll Call: Present: Mayor McClellan, Coundlmembers Cooke, Goodman, Hlmmelblau, Snell, Mayor Pro Tern Mullen. Absent: Councilmember Trevino Mayor McClellan opened the meeting, stating that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the purpose of publicly announcing that 1t will convene 1n ticlosed or executive session authorized by Section 2, RafcagrapN (e),-ff) and (g) ofrArtlcle 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and after such fclosed or executive session any final action, dedtlon or vote with regard to any matter considered 1n the closed or executive session would be made 1n open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary Mayor McClellan announced that the Council would go Into executive session at this time to consider the items authorized 1n Section 2, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated.
