Roll Call: Present: Mayor McClellan, Mayor Pro Tem Cooke, Councllmembers Snell, Goodman, Hlmmelblau, Mullen Absent: Councllmember Trevino Mayor McClellan opendd the meeting scheduled for 4:00 Pfc*. that this was a Special Called Meeting of the City Council for the^urpose of publicly announcing that 1t will convene 1n a closed or executive session authorize* by Section 2, Paragraphs (e)t (f) and (a) of Article 6252-17. Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and after such closed or executive session any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered 1n the closed or executive session woild be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary.
