Second Floor Conference Room Water and Wastewater Administration Building 500 West 1st Street The meeting was called to order with Mayor McClellan presiding. Roll Call: Present: Mayor McClellan, Councilmembers Duncan, Goodman Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, Councilmembers Deuser, Mullen, Urdy Council was scheduled to hold a Special Called Meeting to announce that an executive session would be held pursuant to Article 6252-17, Section 2, Paragraphs (e) and (f); specifically, an executive session to be held between the City Council and its attorneys to discuss contemplated litigation and real estate negotiation matters related to the South Texas Project. Mayor McClellan, Councilmembers Duncan and Goodman were present, but there was not a quorum, so no meeting was held. - CITY OF AUSTIN, TEXAS NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN: Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Austin will be held on the 25thday of November, 1981, Wednesday, at 12:00 Noon, in the 1st Floor Conference Room, Municipal Building, 124 West 8th Street, Austin, Texas, for the following purposes: 1. Publicly announce that during the meeting the Council will convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Section 2, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated for the purpose of discussing contemplated litigation and real estate negotiation matters related to the South Texas Project; and appointment of Board and Commission members. 2. Consider amending resolution of Nov. 4, 1981 to Hildebrand Aerial Surveys for vertical aerial photograph for Tax Department to provide that contract for such services to be provided by Hildebrand Aerial Surveys will be with CAPCO (Capital Area Planning Council.)
