OF AP FOUNDED 18A Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - JANUARY 5. 1982 1:45 Ρ.Μ. - PERSONNEL TRAINING ROOM, 301 WEST SECOND STREET Council Chambers, 301 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: City Council Carole Keeton McClellan Mayor John Treviño, Jr. Mayor Pro Tem Council Members Larry Deuser Roger Duncan Richard Goodman Ron Mullen Charles E. Urdy Nicholas M. Meiszer City Manager Grace Monroe City Clerk Mayor McClellan called the Special Called Meeting of the Council scheduled for 1:45.p.m., to order at 2:00 p.m., noting the absence of Councilmembers Deuser, Goodman, Urdy and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino. Councilmember Urdy entered at 2:15 p.m., making a quorum. Mayor McClellan announced that Council will convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Section 2, Paragraph e of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes annotated, for the purpose of discussing South Texas Project - Pending Litigation; and after such closed or executive session, any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session will be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. Councilmember Deuser entered the Executive Session while it was in session. (
