City Council Carole Keeton McClellan Mayor John Treviño, Jr. Mayor Pro Tem Council Members Larry Deuser Roger Duncan Richard Goodman Ron Mullen Charles E. Urdy Nicholas M. Meiszer City Manager Grace Monroe City Clerk Mayor McClellan called the meeting of the Council to order at 4:30 p.m., noting that all members were present and announced that Council would convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Section 2, Paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes annotated; and after such closed or executive session, any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session would be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. RECESS Council recessed its Council Meeting at 4:33 p.m. to go into Executive Session. Council resumed its meeting at 5:30 p.m. MOTION The Council, on Councilmember Goodman's motion and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino's second appointed the following to various City Boards and Commissions.
