Meiszer City Manager Grace Monroe City Clerk Council Chambers, 301 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor McClellan called the Meeting of the Council to order at 4:30 p.m. noting that all members of the Council, except Councilmember Goodman, were present and announced that Council would convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Section 2 paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes annotated; and after such closed or executive session, any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session would be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. MOTION On Mayor Pro Tem Trevino's motion and Mayor McClellan's second, the Council voted to approve the following appointments: (Vote: 6-0; Councilmember Goodman absent).
