Urdy Nicholas M. Meiszer City Manager Grace Monroe City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor McClellan called to order the meeting scheduled for 5:00 p.m., noting the presence of Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, Councilmember Deuser and Councilmember Duncan. Councilmembers Goodman, Mullen and Urdy were absent. Mayor McClellan stated that this was an Emergency Special Called Meeting for the purpose of considering a resolution temporarily closing the 2500 block of Leon Street on October 1, 1982 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., as requested by James Powell, representing Delta Upsilon Fraternity. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Deuser's motion, Mayor McClellan's second, adopted a resolution temporarily closing Leon Street from 25 1/2 Street to 26th Street on October 1, 1982 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. for a street party for Bluebonnet Youth Ranch Charity Drive. (4-0 Vote, Councilmembers Goodman, Mullen and Urdy absent) ADJOURNMENT The Council adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
