Meiszer City Manager Grace Monroe City Qerk Memorandum To: Mayor McClellan called to order the Emergency Special Called Meeting of the Council at 7:00 p.m., noting the absence of Councilmember Duncan, who arrived at 7:05 p.m.; Councilmember Mullen, who arrived at 7:10 p.m.; and Coundlmember Goodman, who arrived at 7:15 p.m. Mayor McClellan then announced that the Council will convene in a closed or Executive'Session authorized by Section 2, Paragraphs (e) and (f) of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the South Texas Project - pending litigation and real estate. After such closed or Executive Session, any final action*, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or Executive Session will be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary.
