SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - February 07, 1983 12:00 NOON Mayor McClellan called to order Che Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Mayor McClellan announced the purpose of the meeting is to consider a zoning change and then enter into Executive Session. ZONING CHANGE The Council, on Councilmember Goodman's motion, Councllemmber Deuser's second, waived the requirement for three readings and finally passed an ordinance amending Chapter 13-2 of the Austin City Code (Zoning Ordinance) to cover the following change: (7-0 Vote) BALCONES WOODS Rear of 11150 Research Blvd. From "0" Office SHOPPING CENTER/ _5124 Balcones Woods Drive 1st H&A HARVEY W..DOERRING 11139 Jollyville Road To "GR" General Retail 1st H&A EXECUTIVE .SESSION Mayor McGlellan announced Council would enter into a closed or executive session authorized by Article 6152-17. Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss Personnel Matters - Section 2, Paragraph g, and after such closed or executive session, any action to be taken will be done in open meeting. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 12:45 p.m.
