Contemplated litigation against the City of Austin by Texas Department of Water Resourses Section 2, Paragraph (e). And the following emergency item: 2. Personnel Matters Section 2, Paragraph (g). any final action, decision, or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session will be made in open session, should such action, decision, or vote be necessary.
