SPECIAL MEETING OF August 31, 1983 5:30 P.M. Mayor Mullen called to order the Meeting of the Council scheduled for 5:30 p.m., noting the presence of all members. Mayor Mullen announced Councfl would go Into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing board and commission appointments, Section 2, paragraph g, and after such closed or executive session any action to be taken shall be done in open meeting. Council entered'executive session at 5:55 p«m. and adjourned the Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
