Meiszer City Manager Elden Aldridge Acting City Clerk TY OF AU FOUNDED 1829 Austin City Council MINUTES For - JANUARY 23, 1984 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - 4:00 Ρ.Μ. 3RD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM OF MUNICIPAL BUILDING Council Chambers, 301 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Mullen called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Rose and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino, and announced Council will convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Section 2, Paragraph g, Personnel Matters, of Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes annotated; and after such closed or executive session, any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session will be made in open session, should such action, decision or vote be necessary. RECESS Council recessed for executive session at 4:13 p.m. and resumed its recessed meeting at 4:34 p.m. meeting. Mayor Mullen announced no action is to be taken in open ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 4:35 p.m..
