Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Mullen called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, scheduled for 4:30 P.M., noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Mayor Mullen stated the purpose of the meeting was for a public hearing to discuss the annexation of portions of Lake Travis Phases II and III. Jerry Southerland, Acting Director, Growth Management Department, told the Council that this would be the first of two required public hearings to consider the final two phases of the annexation along Lake Travis from Mansfield Dam to the Burnet County Line. Phase III consists of 1.4 square miles, the second Phase is 3.8 square miles. The ordinance for the first phase will be coming back to Council the first week of next month. The ordinance on the final two phases will come back to Council in approximately three weeks after the second public hearing which will be held tomorrow, May 24, 1984. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Rose's motion, Councilmember Duncan's second, voted to close the public hearing. (7-0 vote) ADJOURNMENT The Council adjourned its Special Called Meeting at 4:42 P.M.
