Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: - Mayor Mullen called to order the special called meeting of the Council, scheduled for 4:00p.m., noting the absence of Councilmember Urdy. The purpose of the meeting is to consider approving a Draft Development Prospectus for the Municipal Office Complex. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Duncan's motion, Mayor. Pro Tem Trevino's second, adopted a resolution approving a Draft Development Prospectus for the Municipal Office Complex, adding language to 4B and stating a minimum of 64,000 square feet in the plaza. (5-1-0 Vote, Councilmember Rose voted No, Councilmember Urdy absent.) Motion The Council, on Mayor Mullen's motion, Councilmember Spaeth's second, voted to no allow Councilmembers to contact developers or agents. (6-0 Vote, Councilmember Urdy absent.) Motion - FAILED The Council on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Mayor Mullen's second, approved receiving ranking from consultants on 1,2,3 for contract award. (3-3 Vote, Councilmembers Duncan and Rose and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino voted No. Motion The Council, on Mayor Mulle's motion, Councilmember Duncan's second agreed they will review the top three. (6-0 Vote, Councilmember Urdy absent) ADJOURNMENT - Council adjourned its meeting at 4:30 p.m.
