Urdy Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Pro Tern Trevino called to order the Emergency Special Meeting of the Council scheduled for 4:00 p.m., noting the absence of Mayor Mullen. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Trevino announced Council would convene In a closed or .executive session authorized by Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss the following: State of Texas v. City of Austin and United South Austin v. City of Austin - pending litigation - Section 2, Para- graph e. After such closed or executive session, any final action, decision or vote with regard to any matter considered in the closed or executive session shall be nade in open session should such action, decision or vote be necessary. RECESS Council recessed for executive session at 4:31 p.m. and resumed its recessed meeting at 5:07 p.m No action was taken. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned Its meeting at 5:08 p.m.
