Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Mullen called to order the Special Called Meeting, scheduled for 11:30 a.m., at 12:30 p.m., noting the presence of all Councllmembers. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mullen announced Council would convene in a closed or executive session and after such closed meeting any action to be taken will be done in open meeting. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting is to discuss board and commission appointments, Section 2, Paragraph g. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its special called meeting at 1 p.m.
