Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Mullen called to order the meeting of the Council* noting the absence of Councilmembers Duncan, Rose and Urdy. He announced the purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing on translation from current to new zoning districts. Several people asked, "How will this affect my property?" They were: Mark Henly, Jonah Silversteln, Elsie Wharton, Craig Dunnegan, a woman who did not identify herself. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 5:25 p.m.
