Mayor Mullen announced the.purpose of the Special Called Meeting is for an Exeutive Session and Council will convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Article 6252-17* Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following: Pending litigation - Houston Lighting and Power Company et al in Matagorda County* and the City of Austin vs Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2* Paragraph e.
