Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Mullen called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Shipman. Mayor Mullen announced the.purpose of the Special Called Meeting is for an Exeutive Session and Council will convene in a closed or executive session authorized by Article 6252-17* Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following: Pending litigation - Houston Lighting and Power Company et al in Matagorda County* and the City of Austin vs Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2* Paragraph e. RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its Special Called Meeting to enter into Executive Session and adjourned the recessed meeting at 6:55 p.m.
