March 16, 1985 - 10:00 A.M.- EMERGENCY SPECIAL MEETING - THIRD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Mayor Mullen called to order the emergency special meeting of the Council* noting the absence of Council(, member Spaeth. Purpose of the meeting was to go into an executive session. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mullen announced Council would go into Executive Session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following matter; and action. If any, on the matter will be taken during the public meeting after the conclusion of the Executive Session: Pending Litigation, Including but not limited to the following Items - Section 2, Paragraph e Houston Lighting & Power Company, et al v. Brown and Root, et al In Matagorda County, and City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2, Paragraph e. Council took no public action as a result of the Executive Session. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 3:00 P.M.
