March 20, 1985 - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING 3iOO P.M. Mayor Mullen called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, scheduled for 3:00 P.M., noting the absence of Councllmember Spaeth. Mayor Mullen stated the purpose of the meeting is for an executive session. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mullen announced Council will convene In Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following matters and action, if any, on the matters will be taken during the public meeting after the conclusion of the Executive Session: (1) Houston Lighting and Power Company, et al v. Brown and.Root, et al in Matagorda County, and City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting and Power Company In Travis County - Section 2, Paragraph e; (2) State of Texas vs. City of Austin, Cause No. 375,605, 200th Judicial District Court - Section 2, Paragraph e; (3) Application to Texas Water Commission for Amendment to Wastewater Discharge Permit No.10543-10. No action was taken by Council as a result of the executive 'session.
