INTERSECTION OF DARDEN HILLS ROAD & F.M. 150, HAYS COUNTY, Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Barbara TEXAS Mayor Pro Tem Trevino called to order the Special Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Mullen, Councilmembers Urdy and Spaeth. Mayor Prờ Tém Trevino announced the purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing on annexation of the following: a. 406 acres of land for full purposes out of Hays County along FM 1826 and FM 150, Phase III FM 1826 FM 150 Corridor. C7a-85-006. - Several members of the community gathered to greet the members of the Council who arrived by bus. Several residents of the community expressed their opinions concerning annexation. Consensus is that land' owners in the proposed area do not want to be annexed by the City of Austin. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Rose's motion, Councilmember Duncan's second, closed the public hearing. (4-0 Vote, Mayor Mullen, Councilmembers Urdy and Spaeth absent.) ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 6 p.m.
