Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the Special Called fleeting of the Council scheduled for 12:00 noon in the third floor conference room of the Municipal Building. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting as for the City Council to convene in a closed or xecutive session authorized by Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the ollowing and any action to be taken will be done in pen meeting: a. Pending Litigation - Houston Lighting and Power, et al vs Brown and Root, et al in Matagorda County, and City of Austin vs Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2, Paragraph e. Mayor Cooksey noted the presence of all ouncilmembers.
