EMERGENCY SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the emergency Special Called Meeting of the Council scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at 8:50 p.m., noting the presence of all Councilmembers. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting is to consider two resolutions concerning the Capital Improvements Program. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Rose's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, adopted a resolution authorizing and approving a construction contract to South Austin Utilities Contractor, Inc. for the construction of Package Plants 5 & 6 at the Williamson Creek Wastewater Treatment Facilities. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM No. 82/23-85. $3,708,510.00 (7-0 Vote) Motion ن The Council, on Councilmember Rose's motion, Councilmember Urdy's second, adopted a resolution authorizing and approving a Special Change Order for construction of a 16-inch water line for Jollyville Road, Phase I with Austin Road Company.
