Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Pro Tem Trevino called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Rose. Mayor Cooksey and Councilmember Shipman arrived after the meeting had begun. MOORE'S CROSSING MUD Μορτ AA City Manager Carrasco reported on Crossing MUD. and introduced Terry Childers, Assistant City Manager, who presented an overview of the eastern region of the City. A copy of the report is on file in the City Clerk's office. NORTH TRAVIS COUNTY MUDS 1-3 The City Manager's report on North Travis County MUDs 1-3 is on file in the City Clerk's office. EXECUTIVE SESSION, RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into an executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss the following matter and action, if any, on the matter will be taken during the public meeting after the conclusion of executive session: Pending Litigation, including but not limited to the following, Section 2, Paragraph e, (1) Houston Lighting & Power Co., et al v.. Brown and Root, et al in Matagorda County, & City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting & Power Company in Travis County. Council recessed for executive session at 8:50 p.m. and adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
