CITY MANAGER REPORTS Paula Phillips presented the City Manager reports on Funding for Social Services and UDAG Application Review. RECESS Council recessed the meeting to hold a work session and resumed the recessed meeting to hold an executive session. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following matters; and action, if any, on the matters will be taken during the public meeting after the conclusion of the executive session: (The time was 5:37 p.m.) a. Board & Commission Appointments - Section 2, Paragraph g. b.
