Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council scheduled for 3:00 p.m., noting the presence of all Councilmembers. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT The Council, on Councllmember Rose's motion* Councilmember Humphrey's second, waived the requirement for three readings and finally passed an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 850523-J to exempt certain applications pending on the effective date of the ordinance. (7-0 Vote) RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its meeting for a work session and adjourned their meeting at 6:05 p.m. Council did not go into Executive Session, therefore took no action on board and commission appointments or pending litigation.
