Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk FOUNDED 1839 Austin City Council MINUTES For SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - FEBRUARY 4, 1986 CENTRAL LIBRARY - FOURTH FLOOR Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: - 4:00 p.m. Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council noting the presence of all Councilmembers. The City Manager Reports on Tax Reform Update and Bi-Weekly Water and Wastewater Status Report were presented to Council. Mayor Cooksey then announced Council would enter into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. Specifically listed on the agenda was: a. Board & Commission Appointments - Section 2, Paragraph g. b. Pending Litigation, including but not limited to: (1) City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2, Paragraph e. After the Executive Session, Council adjourned its meeting at 7:50 p.m.
