Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council on February 18, 1986, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. He announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a work session on Strategic Planning, which they did. Mayor Cooksey then announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss land acquisition, litigation and board and commission appointments. No official action was taken as a result of executive session. Council adjourned its meeting at 6:30 p.m. - - ------- Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council on February 19, 1986, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Council held a work session on the Municipal Office Complex-Finance and discussion of February 20 and February 27, 1986 agenda items. Council did not hear the City Manager Reports as listed on the agenda, nor did they hold an executive session. The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
