After a work session on Strategic Planning, the Mayor announced Council would enter into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17. Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss litigation matters. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is listed on the agenda. RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its meeting at 5:57 p.m. and resumed its recessed meeting at 6:16 p.m.
