CITY MANAGER REPORTS Reports were presented to Council concerning Biweekly Wastewater Status Report; Local, State and Natural Economic Trends; and Boggy Creek - Status Report. WORK SESSION Council engaged in a work session.on 1. Development Process; 1. Facilitators for Comprehensive Planning Process; 3. Barton Springs Concession Contract; 4. Request for Funding by Planning Commission APA Conference; and 5. Discussion of March 20 and 27, 1986 agenda items. - EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No official action will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. - Sec. 2, Par. g a. Board & Commission Appointments b.
