After a work session was held on strategic planning, the Mayor announced Council would go into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. Executive session was from 5:45 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. At that time, the meeting was adjourned. --------- ------ -------- Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council on March 26, 1986, noting the absence of Councilmember Rose. A City Manager report on Status on Govalle Residential Retrofit Program was given. Work session was held with discussion on Civic Center, Northeast Inventory and discussion of agenda items on the March 27 and April 3, 1986 agendas. Council adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
