Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Council held a work session on the Comprehensive Watershed Ordinance. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and for personnel matters. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. a. Board & Commission Appointments - Section 2, Paragraph g. Council recessed its meeting at 6:25 p.m. for Executive Session and resumed its meeting at 7:50 p.m. at which time they adjourned. Other items posted on the agenda were not discussed during the meeting. :
