Councilmembers Rose and Shipman, and Mayor Pro Tem Trevino. Council heard City Manager reports on Southern Union Gas Franchise, Modifications to the Southwest Water Distribution System, Feasibility of Annexing the Property in the MoPac, Highway 71 and Boston Lane Areas; and Proposed Ordinance Establishing City Policy and Procedure for Right-Of-Way Dedication and Reservation. A work session was then held on Capital Metro Progress Report, Budget Priorities, Comprehensive Watershed Ordinance; and Discussion of April 10 and April 17, 1986 Agenda Items. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following and any action to be taken will be done in open meeting: a. Board & Commission Appointments, Section 2, b. Paragraph g. Pending Litigation, including but not limited to: (1) City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County : - Section 2, Paragraph e. Council recessed for executive session at 6:45 p.m. ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 7:15 p.m.
