CENTRAL LIBRARY Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Trevino. CITY MANAGER REPORTS Terry Childers, Senior Assistant City Manager, reported on the Central Loop 360 Corridor Negotiations, Jim Duncan, Director, Office of Land Development Services, said the four primary players in the negotiations are the Davenport Ranch, St. Stephen's School, Rob Roy Neighborhood, and Wild Basin. Richard Ridings, Director of Public Works, presented the City Manager Report on Pilot Program for Mechanized Collection of Refuse. Discussion followed by members of the Council and a representative of Solid Waste Department, Pete Golding. WORK SESSION Council held a work session on Edwards Aquifer Conservation District. PUBLIC HEARING OAK HILL AREA STUDY Mayor Cooksey announced Council would hear the following zoning cases. Council heard, closed the public hearing on some of the cases and postponed others to future meetings to be held as Special Called Meetings on Wednesdays until all cases have been heard. Mr. Huber explained the reason no addresses are listed is because a lot of the property is undeveloped, is unsubdivided and the City does not assign addresses until they are.
