Councilmember Urdy called to order the Emergency Special Called Meeting of the Council, scheduled for 4:00 p.m., noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Trevino and that Councilmember Carl-Mitchell was out of the room, at 5:50 p.m. Councilmember Urdy announced the purpose of the meeting was to consider authorizing eminent domain proceedings. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion Councilmember Rose's second, adopted a resolution authorizing Eminent Domain proceedings to acquire the following tract of land for the Sunridge Park Sanitary Sewer Easement: a. Easement title to 0.4464 acre of land out of a parcel of land designed "drainage easement" located on Lot 1, Chevy Chase South Phase IV, Section "B", Block "C" for a permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement. (5-0 Vote, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell out of the room, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino absent.) Mayor Cooksey entered during motion, ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its meeting at 5:55 p.m.
