Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Hden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Trevino. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss matters of pending litigation, Including but not limited to: (1) City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2, Paragraph e. RECESS AND ADJOURNMENT Council recessed its meeting at 4:10 for an executive session and adjourned its meeting at 6 P.M. No other agenda items were discussed.
