Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council scheduled for 4:00 p.m.* noting the absence of Councilmembers Rose and Urdy. The Mayor announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statues Annotated, to discuss matters of land acquisition* litigation and for personnel matters. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. a. Board and Commission Appointments - Section 2, Paragraph g. Council recessed for executive session at 4:33 p.m. until 6:10 p.m., at which time they adjourned their Special Called Meeting.
