Paula Phillips presented the City Manager Report on Emergency Housing Voucher Program. David Earl Holt reported on the Windsor Village Library. The Status of the Restitution Center was discussed by Paula Phillips. Richard Ridings showed slides to illustrate his report on Pilot Program for Mechanized Collection of Refuse and Mr. Thompson presented the Bi-Weekly Wastewater Report. A work session was then held with a discussion of Pamela Heights Subdivision. The other items were not discussed. From:6:20 to 6:45 p.m., Council went into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss board and commission appointments, Section 2, Paragraph g.; and pending litigation, including but not limited to (1) City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting and Power Company in Travis County - Section 2, Paragraph e.
