Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council scheduled for 6:00 p.m., noting the absence of Councilmembers Humphrey and Rose. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a public hearing on the Oak Hill Area Study (Upper Williamson Creek Area) - PUBLIC HEARING OAK HILL AREA : - Mayor Cooksey opened the public hearing on the Oak Hill Area Study (Upper Williamson Creek). Council heard, closed the public hearings and passed through FIRST READING ONLY ordinances on the following cases, with the following motions: (a) OAK HILL AREA STUDY By Office of Land Development Services C14-85-288 An area generally bounded by U.S. 290 West and Circle Drive on the south, Thomas Springs Road on the west, the property lines which extend beyond Old Bee Cave Road to include the area impacted by the proposed Boston Lane Corridor in the north and Patton Lane and Convict Hill Road area in the east.
