Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss natters of land acquisition. No official action of the Council will be taken on this matter unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. Land Acquisition - Section 2, paragraph f. (1) Acquisition of sites for fire stations. (2) Acquisition of right-of-way from Southern Pacific Railroad. Council recessed for executive session at 4:30 p.m. and adjourned their meeting at 5:40 p.m.
