Urdy . Jorge Carrasco City Manager ^ Hden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Pro Tern Trevino called to order the Special Called Meeting of the Council. Mayor Cooksey entered the meeting later and Councilmembers Rose and Urdy were absent. The purpose of the meeting was to hold a public hearing on the proposed waste-to-energy facility. No one appeared to speak. Richard Ridings, director of Public Works, and other staff members answered question asked by Councilmembers and two citizens. The citizens were Connie Moore and Hortencia.'. Ranger. The meeting was adjourned at 9 p.m.
