Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Trevino, Councilmembers Rose and Urdy. The only Item on the agenda discussed was Budget Priorities - Infrastructures. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go Into executive session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated to discuss: Pending Litigation, Section 2, Paragraph e. City of Austin, Texas and Lower River Authority vs. Decker Coal Company, et. al., C.A. No. A85-CA-104. No action was taken as a result of executive session. Council recessed its meeting at 5:30 p.m. for executive session and resumed its recessed meeting at 6:30 p.m. and then adjourned.
