Mayor Cooksey called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. The Mayor announced the purpose of the meeting was to hold a public hearing on Oak Hill Area Study C14r-85-288, Cases 54, 56, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66,67, 68 and the balance of the map. Jim Huber, OLDS, explained the balance of the map area of 15 acres. The following motions were made: BALANCE OF MAP (Except John Noel, Lloyd Cunningham, Thomas Schorr and Ronny Smith.) Motion The Council, on Councilmember Rose's motion, Mayor Pro Tem Trevino's second, passed through FIRST READING only the balance of the map as recommended by the Planning Commission. Joint Venture Motion POSTPONED The Council, on Mayor Pro Tem Trevino's motion, Councilmember Urdy's second, passed through FIRST READING only an ordinance approving "GR".
