Jim Thompson presented the Bi-Weekly Wastewater Report. Kay Doughty gave the Washington Presentation. Morris Poe, Urban Transportation Department, reported on Taxicab Fare Rate Comparison. Terry Childers reported on Development Process. City Manager Carrasco discussed budget prioritieswrapup and overview. Mayor Cooksey announced Council had one appointment to make. Motion The Council, on Councilmember Shipman's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, appointed Jeannette Watson as a member of Child Care Commission (6-0 Vote, Mayor Pro Tern Trevino absent.)
