Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the meeting of the Council scheduled for 4:00p.m., noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Traffic Management Report was presented. Mayor Cooksey announced Council would go into executive session, pursuant to Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, to discuss the following. No official action of the City Council will be taken on any of these matters unless such item is specifically listed on the agenda. a. Pending Litigation - Section 2, Paragraph e. (1) Water rights adjudication of the Lower Colorado River Update. (2) City of Austin vs. Houston Lighting & Power Company, et al. b. Personnel Matters (1) City Manager Section 2, Paragraph g. c. Land Acquisition Section 2, Paragraph f. (1) Southern Pacific Railroad Council entered into executive session at 5:10 p.m. until 6:30p.m. and adjourned its special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. No action was taken on any items discussed during executive season. Nor was any action taken on consideration of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an extension of the agreement to purchase the Southern Pacific Railroad - Giddings to Llano/Marble Falls Branch Line from June 30, 1986 to September 30, 1986.
