Urdy Jorge Carrasco City Manager Elden Aldridge City Clerk Council Chambers, 307 West Second Street, Austin, Texas Memorandum To: Mayor Cooksey called to order the emergency special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence from the Council Chamber of Councilmember Humphrey. Mayor Cooksey stated the purpose of the meeting was to approve a zoning ordinance and noted that the time was 6:59 p.m. ZONING ORDINANCE The Council, on Councilmember Rose's motion, Councilmember Carl-Mitchell's second, passed through second and third readings of an ordinance amending Chapter 13-2 and 13-2A of the Austin City Code (Zoning Ordinance) to cover the following changes: LINDSEY/JOHNSON VENTURE C14-85-368 2929 South Lamar From "CS" EMERGENCY PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE to "CS-1" Second and third readings. First reading on June 5, 1986, (7-0) Conditions have been met as follows: Restrictive Covenant incorporating conditions imposed by Council has been executed; Right-of-way on South Lamar has been conveyed by street deen. (6-0 Vote, Councilmember Humphrey not present in the Council Chamber.) ADJOURNMENT Council adjourned its Emergency Special Called Meeting at 7:01 p.m.
